The Frankfurt Foundation for Children with Cancer is a non-profit organization focusing on cancer research in children and adolescents. The foundation was established 30 years ago by parents whose children had been diagnosed with cancer. The foundation pursues a major goal: research to cure. No more children should die of cancer. Up to 60 scientists in the foundation's own research center are working towards this goal: they are developing new treatment methods and working to reduce the side effects and long-term consequences of therapies.
