Fill or kill
Addendum to an order which indicates that if it cannot immediately be executed in full, it is to be cancelled.
Fill-or-kill orders are either executed in their entirety or not at all, i.e. the order lapses if complete execution is not possible.
Our glossary explains important financial terms and should not leave any questions unanswered. However, if you are missing a definition, please write to us at redaktion@deutsche-boerse.com. We will then include the term if possible.
