On February 20, 2024 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on artnet AG due to violation of Sect. 42 para German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 51 para. 1,2 BörsO FWB.

The decision is final and conclusive.
