As Deutsche Börse AG, we attach great importance to sustainability and transparency and provide comprehensive information on environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects that are important to our stakeholders in regular sustainability reports.
We are convinced that transparency strengthens trust and creates security. In this context, we strive to increase the transparency of our business conduct.
We want to set a good example and therefore align our reporting with market standards, laws and regulatory requirements. From the 2024 financial year, this will be supplemented by reporting in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). With our explanations on value creation in our annual report, we show how we create value and which variables we use to measure the impact of our activities.
Deutsche Börse Group's annual report offers our stakeholders an insight into developments during the financial year and provides a sound overview of how the company identifies and implements key areas for action - particularly in the context of our sustainability profile.
We are also committed to respecting human rights and fair working conditions in our supply chains and have been complying with the requirements of the German Supply Chain Sustainability Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG) since January 1, 2023. In our LkSG report, we show how we comply with the rights and obligations of the law.
