Software AG: Software AG issues its guidance for the fiscal year 2024

The Management Board of Software AG (ISIN / SOW) announces the guidance for the fiscal year 2024 following the finalization of its operating plan for 2024 and its subsequent approval by the Supervisory Board of Software AG.

Based on the Company's operating plan for 2024, Software AG's Management Board provides the following outlook, including webMethods and StreamSets, (at constant currency):

• In the Digital Business segment, Product revenue is expected to grow between + 2 to + 4 percent year on year taking a potential temporary negative impact coming from the sell of webMethods and StreamSets into account.
• In the Adabas & Natural (A&N) segment, Product Revenue is expected to develop between - 2 to 0 percent year-on-year following the significant growth in 2023 impacted by less churn and more migrations to subscription licenses.
• Professional Services revenue is expected to develop between - 3 to - 1 percent year-on-year.
• Total revenue is expected to develop between 0 to + 2 percent year-on-year.
• Operating profit margin (EBITA, non-IFRS) is expected to be in the range of 20 to 21 percent (stated figure).
