Announcement by the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange according to Sect. 50a para. 3 of the German Stock Exchange Act
On 2 March 2023, the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange revoked the admission to the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional obligations (Prime Standard) of the shares of Compleo Charging Solutions AG ex officio according to § 57 Abs. 2 Exchange Rules for the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse, § 42 para. 2 of the German Stock Exchange Act.
