Announcement by the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange according to Sect. 50a para. 3 of the German Stock Exchange Act
On 05 January 2022 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on ROY Asset Holding SE due to a violation of Sect. 42 para. 1 German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 51 para. 1, 2, 3 and 5 BörsO FWB. At the time of the Disciplinary Committee's decision, the issuer's shares were still admitted to the Prime Standard.
The decision is final and conclusive.
