Announcement by the Management Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange according to Sect. 50a para. 3 of the German Stock Exchange Act
On 11 February 2024 the Disciplinary Committee of Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposed an administrative fine on paragon GmbH & Co. KGaA due to a violation of Sect. 42 para. 1 BörsG in conjunction with Sect. 51 para. 1 and 2 BörsO FWB.
The decision is final and conclusive.

- Sect. 42 para. 1 German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 53 para. 1, 2 BörsO FWB and
- Sect. 42 para. 1 German Stock Exchange Act in conjunction with Sect. 51 para. 1, 4, 5 BörsO FWB.
The decision is final and conclusive.
