New ETN: Ethereum

Valour offers exposure to Ethereum with staking premium.

17. August 2023. FRANKFURT (Börse Frankfurt). Since Thursday, another crypto ETN from Valour Digital Securities has been tradable on Xetra and via the Frankfurt Stock Exchange trading venue.

The ETN 1Valour Ethereum Physical Staking allows investors* to participate in the performance of Ethereum and the staking of the cryptocurrency. Staking involves depositing the respective crypto assets on the blockchain to validate transactions. In return, a premium is paid. In this way, investors* can participate not only in the performance of the cryptocurrency, but also in the respective staking returns. The product is physically secured via the crypto value.

All crypto ETNs tradable on Xetra are physically collateralized and listed on the Regulated Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In addition, all crypto ETNs on Xetra are centrally cleared by Eurex Clearing AG as Deutsche Börse Group's central counterparty (CCP). Through central clearing, institutional investors in particular additionally benefit from significantly reduced risks when settling transactions.

Das Produktangebot im ETF & ETP-Segment der Deutschen Börse umfasst derzeit insgesamt 2.075 ETFs, 190 ETCs und 267 ETNs. Mit dieser Auswahl und einem durchschnittlichen monatlichen Handelsvolumen von rund 16 Mrd. Euro ist Xetra der führende Handelsplatz für ETFs und ETPs in Europa.
