Up to EUR 117,750,000 Guaranteed Secured Floating Rate Notes (the "Notes")

Also for the purpose of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, the Issuer hereby announces that, on the date hereof, the holders of the Notes have approved certain amendments to the relevant terms and conditions, including (1) an extension of the maturity date of the Notes until 31 December 2023 (with a faculty to extend such maturity until 30 June 2024 to the extent certain pre-determined conditions are met); (2) an amendment of the interest rate; (3) the provision of a new remuneration for the holders of the Notes as "exit fee"; (4) an extension of the deadline to complete the underlying financed project; (5) an amendment to the calculation of the "Loan to Value" covenant; (6) the inclusion of certain new information undertakings in favour of the holders of the Notes; and (7) the introduction of an obligation of the Issuer to pay in cash any interest accrued following 31 December 2023.

Upon signing of the new supplemental paying agency agreement, which will contain the updated terms and conditions, the latter will be delivered to the Vienna MTF and made available on the relevant website.
