Xtrackers offers exposure to Indian government bonds, issued in rupees.
13 September 2022. FRANKFURT (Börse Frankfurt). Since Monday, a new exchange-traded fund issued by Xtrackers is tradable on Xetra and via Börse Frankfurt.
The Xtrackers India Government Bond UCITS ETF offers investors access to fixed-income and zero-coupon government bonds issued by the Indian central government in Indian rupee.
The Indian authorities have made it much easier for foreign investors to access their government bond market through the Fully Accessible Route (FAR) programme. Under the FAR, investors can invest without being subject to investment caps.
