Practise
From a domestic policy resulting out of a stock exchange transaction.
A practice is a commercial usage agreed on orally or in writing, which in particular defines the handling of deliveries, in addition and interpretive. In case of missing or ambiguous contractual provisions practices represent general and recognized rules of interpretation. The practices of German stock exchanges are largely determined in writing and standardized.
Our glossary explains important financial terms and should not leave any questions unanswered. However, if you are missing a definition, please write to us at redaktion@deutsche-boerse.com. We will then include the term if possible.
