Bookbuilding range
Price range of the issue price.
If the pricing of subscribed shares is determined with the help of a bookbuilding process, the issuer announces a price range before the IPO, within which investors can place their subscription orders.
You will find the bookbuilding ranges of new shares auf boerse-frankfurt.de .
Our glossary explains important financial terms and should not leave any questions unanswered. However, if you are missing a definition, please write to us at redaktion@deutsche-boerse.com. We will then include the term if possible.
