Cashflow
A company's liquid funds
Cash flow is a balance sheet ratio that indicates a company's financial strength. It is calculated by taking into account the net profit for the year, depreciations, changes to long-term reserves, and taxes on profit and income.
Our glossary explains important financial terms and should not leave any questions unanswered. However, if you are missing a definition, please write to us at redaktion@deutsche-boerse.com. We will then include the term if possible.
