Conditional capital increase

Increase of the share capital by issuing a convertible bond.

By realizing a conditional capital increase a corporation issues a convertible bond, which will be converted into equity at a later date. A conditional capital increase is to be decided at the Annual General Meeting and must not exceed 50 percent of the existing share capital.
