As a formally registered SME Growth Market according to EU-standards, Scale facilitates the access to debt capital finance via stock exchange for small and medium-sized enterprises. The companies also fulfil a number of transparency obligations such as the provision of a securities prospectus, audited annual financial statements, company or bond ratings, key performance indicators, etc. The companies are also required to provide a detailed description of the company's activities.
